Hotel was so quiet. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room. Good choice of food at breakfast, such as cereals and pastries. Fantastic location close to shops & restaurants and the malls, stores and restaurant, convenience store, laundry mat.

Stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed our choice. The hotel was in a favourable location, close to everything. Moreover, it's near West Edmonton Mall, the Science Centre, lots of restaurants, and a convenience store.

The room was fine and attractive, had central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. Great service, though a few employees were dirty.

The room was brand-new and functional with climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven.

Got a nice, tidy room that had a good air conditioner that actually worked. They had a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge available too! 🌟

The idea to include a coffee maker and a refrigerator in the king room was nice. I was satisfied with wake-up service available. The location was unbeatable, to the west Ed mall. Good service offered in this hotel. The staff were efficient, the room was impeccably clean.

I was concerned that this would be a very low kept hotel, however I was pleasently surprised, it had everything I needed and it was very clean.

That it is a smoking hotel. We booked as this was the best deal and one of the closest hotels to where we needed to be, it turned out better than I thought.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, the location near the mall was convenient, the room was spotless with a new air conditioner.

Very clean and friendly staff. I liked that I didn't need to go outside to get to the convenience store if I didn't want to. Was impressed to see cleaning staff working in the common areas at 9 pm. Everything just sparkled.

When I booked the room I thought "King Room - Smoking" meant one king size bed, but it was 2 doubles. Didn't really matter to me, but the wording I felt was misleading. If it meant the size of the room, it wasn't overly large. Not sure if this is a site or hotel mistake/issue but otherwise I will stay there again.

Comfortable room with a fully functional air conditioner to keep you cool 😎. They also offer a breakfast with cereal and pastries.

That my room smelled of cigarettes so strongly it made me sick and I was not made aware the I was renting a smoking room at the time of booking and could not change rooms as they were full. I had to buy a bunch of bounce sheets to make the air breathable as it was to cold to leave window open to long.
